中国电动汽车发展介绍和商业模式创新
Prompted by government support, electric vehicle development & promotion is the hottest transportation sector objective in China today. All across China, municipalities and provinces seek technological solutions to limit automotive and transportation-related exhaust pollution while continuing the growth path to enable their products and goods to reach ports for world-wide distribution. Starting with its workers, China is now THE largest user and producer of electric mopeds, and has the goal to be a leading producer in electric cars, trucks and buses.

As a preview to the US-China Green Energy Council’s Shanghai/Suzhou transportation panel this summer, the Potevio-CNOOC New Energy Power Corporation is presenting, “China Electric Vehicle Development and Business Model Innovation” this Wednesday evening in Palo Alto. The Potevio-CNOOC New Energy Power Corp. is a joint venture company owned by two China’s leading corporations: the state owned IT & telecommunications leader, China Potevio Group (http://www.potevio.com/en/index.jsp) and the state owned China National Offshore Oil Company (CNOOC) (http://newtest.cnooc.com.cn/yyww/gsjj/default.shtml). These two companies garner hundreds of billion RMB in revenue each year.

演讲者简介 -- 谢子聪
中国电动汽车商业模式及基础设施战略规划资深研究学者，对电动汽车，尤其是对电动乘用车的商业化发展拥有十年的研究经验。
系国际科技部863计划节能与新能源汽车重大专项“十二五规划”《基础设施及商业模式》分报告编写专家组成员；中欧电动汽车专家圆桌会议中方专家组 成员；清华汽车安全与节能国家重大项目实验室《电动汽车商业模式及基础设施战略规划》专家组成员。中国普天2010—2014年《纯电动汽车产业加电站发 展规划》主编。
撰写发表了《燃油汽车与电动汽车商业模式比较》、《纯电动汽车商业化浅析》等多篇论文。2006年荣获“中国十大策划风云人物”称号。
现任中国普天集团旗下普天海油新能源动力有限公司总经理助理，负责公司技术部和市场运营部的管理工作。
