Bai, Xiaomin 白晓民

Xiaomin Bai graduated from EE Dept. in Tsinghua University, China in 1977, Received M.S and Ph.D. degree from Graduate School, EPRI, China (1982, and 1988 respectively). He is a deputy chief Engineer of China EPRI, senior member of CSEE, vice director of power system control of CSEE, and vice director of electrical and mathematics of CSEE, member of power system and power plant control of IFAC. His main research interest includes power system analysis and control, power market, EMS and DMS.

1977年清华大学电机工程系电力系统及其自动化专业毕业，1982年和1988年从电力科学研究院毕业，获得硕士和博士学位。现为中国电力科学研究院副总工程师。是中国电机工程学会高级会员，电机工程学会自动化专业委员会副主任，电工数学专业委员会副主任，国际自动控制联合会电力系统和厂站自动化专业委员会委员。主要研究领域包括：电力系统分析与控制，电力市场、EMS/DMS等。
