Mr. Don Ye is the Managing Partner of Tsing Capital, the first cleantech capital management firm in China with a series of China Environment Funds (www.cefund.com) under management. Dong Ye founded the firm in 2001, as well as China Environment Fund 2002 and China Environment Fund 2004, which have become the first and most prominent cleantech funds in China.
In China, Mr. Ye was selected in 2002 as “the Most Active Venture Capitalist.” In 2003 he was one of the “Top Ten Best Venture Capitalists in China,” and one of the “100 top China New Economy People.” In 2004 he was a “China Environment People” nominee, and in 2005 received the “Pioneer Award” by Cleantech Venture Forum.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in Beijing, China.

2002被评为“最活跃风险投资人”，2003被评为中国“十佳风险投资人”，2003中国新经济年度人物100人，“2004年度环保人物” 提名，2005年被环保产业投资论坛授予“2005先锋人物”。
叶东毕业于对外经济贸易大学经济合作专业，获经济学士学位。
