UCGEC China Business Trip 2010 Itinerary

September 23 (Thursday): Shanghai (Pre-trip and visit World Expo)

UCGEC will help arrange hotel on September 23rd in Shanghai and ticket for World Expo, but will NOT cover the hotel expenses for that night.

September 24 (Fri) – Sept 25 (Sat.):  Chongqing (Three days, Two nights)

Trip will start in the morning of Sept. 24 from Shanghai, to Chongqing and stay in Chongqing for two nights.

Sept. 24 (Fri.): Business meetings in Chongqing at afternoon
Sept. 25 (Sat.): Attend Chongqing conference and visit local companies

Sept. 26 (Sun) to Sept. 29 (Wed.): Chengdu (Three days, Four nights)

Sept 26 (Sun): Bus to Chengdu
Sept 27 (Mon.): Business meeting
Sept. 28 (Tue.) to 29 (Wed.): Chengdu 2010 New Energy Int’l Forum 
Sept 30 (Thu.): Delegation dismissed in Chengdu (free shuttle to airport)

Note: UCGEC will arrange all the logistics for this delegation, including:
-    Official invitation letter and assistance for Chinese Visa application
-    All the domestic air/train/car transportations between the host cities
-    All the transportation in the host cities;
-    All the hotels in the host cities;
-    All the meals during the trip;
-    Registration to Chengdu New Energy Int’l Forum;
-    All the meetings with governors, mayors, and other top local government officials;
-    All the meetings with new energy companies and development zones in China;
-    Selected sightseeing activities proposed by the delegation members 

Cost of trip:

$1500/person
All arranged activity expenses in China, including: domestic transportations, hotels and meals, Chengdu conference registration fee.

$2000/person
Provide Chinese language support,( project documents and local translation if it is needed) with UCGEC senior level membership ($500 value)

Excludes:

International airfare between the US and China ; Chinese Visa application fee; personal sightseeing or entertainment costs (if any)
